The Falls Bistro

Great news the long awaited reopening of a Restaurant at The Falls Hotel.
On behalf of The Norcross Falls Heritage Trust we are delighted to announce the opening of the new restaurant called The Alderman.
The soft opening will be mid May and they will continue from there.
Once established they will be serving breakfast and Lunch including counter food and functions etc.
The trust have carried out extensive repairs and maintenance plus added a large covered outdoor area which will give the new team a greater seating capacity for events and their day to day customers.
We wish the new team well and look forward to seeing you all back in our beautiful building shortly.

Dear Valued Customer.
It is with deepest regret that we have had to make the decision to close down our beloved Bistro effective 3pm, Sunday 18th June 2023.

We are so immensely proud of what we have achieved over the last 3 years, the friends we have made and the community we have come to call family.
Unfortunately, I (Hayz) have been battling with health issues over the last 3 months and have been advised to take a step down. With Chef also stepping away to support my recovery, this leaves our little business needing to close its doors after this weekend.

We are hoping that this beautiful venue will be taken on by someone who loves it as much as we do, meaning it can resume as the community hub it has come to be under fresh new management.
Thank you for all the support, laughs and love we have received from you all. It has been a pleasure to come to work every single day to serve you all.
