How do you keep recharge your mind and body?

Back on the tools this week after a relaxed break. This year will be a challenging year for us all. I remain optimistic about what lies ahead for 2023.

I spent the weekend in Christchurch helping my parents move. Taking a short break and spending the time with my family was much needed.

Although there wasn't much relaxing during the move. I always feel refreshed seeing my family. I feel ready to tackle the next few weeks of the Christmas rush.

Take time to appreciate those closest to you. Cherish the time that you have with them. Feeling very grateful.

This is day 3 of 5 whilst I was kayaking/hiking the Abel Tasman in the summer of 2021. It was hot, my pack was heavy (way overpacked) and the terrain was hard at times. I pressed on and was absolutely lucky with the fantastic weather. Such a stunning spot in NZ!

In business, some days are easier than others. Unexpected challenges arise and our motivation almost always needs a continuous boost. It is important to always persevere no matter what.

Perseverance = success

Leading up to the New Year break, everyone I meet in business is motivated for the final push before taking some well-deserved time off. I do think it is important to work hard, although taking time to and is important. 

I'm thoroughly looking forward to getting back out to enjoy the great outdoors here in New Zealand.
