I know I know I was trash talking their fees hard out but I thought about all the McDonalds the kids would’ve brought when they should’ve been delivering desserts so it’s a budget friendly option and they’re giving us a good rate so we’ll see how it goes. Still $10 at the shop but had to add $1 to UberEats store to cover the fees.

Of course we could have made just biscoff but y’all know we can’t be basic. Only Instore at the moment cause the website is P*ing me off!

In an ideal situation we would have had our local deliveries going this week and NZ Shipping within the next month but there is a problem with integration = connecting our website thingy with the thingy on our delivery partners end. Nothing we can do but wait for it to be fixed. 🤞hopefully won’t take too much longer.
Meanwhile the shop is open today at 12pm the fridge is running sweeter than sweet and (another) hopefully we get time to start doing our new dessert!

Oh my hecka! I’ve been locked out of our facebook for so long. I’ve only been able to post via instagram cause I touched something I obviously shouldn’t have.

Our email is out of control with spam so I apologies if I haven’t responded, I have given up trying to sort through it.

The best way to contact us is through WhatsApp or txt. But they are both set to shop hours because I can’t deal with 2am dessert questions.

Unfortunately there has been huge increase in the price of our ingredients. As a result we have to put our prices up again 🥴
Hopefully this is the last increase this year🤞
Condensed milk is now over $50 a can which is bloody stupid cream and cream cheese has gone up $4 a litre etc but we don’t have any control over inflation or the prices our suppliers charge.
We just have to roll with it.
I’ve had a look around and others are charging up to $12.
New prices will be in the shop from today you can still get the old prices on the website till we get around to changing them.

Our catering boxes require 5 days notice which I know is annoying cause most the time I’m running on a day by day schedule too, I can’t change it because I don’t want to let people down by not being able to get stuff in time.
So I thought these would be a good no pre-order buy from the shop alternative because 99% of the time we have tubs.
They can be pre-ordered online if you want certain flavours (just order 48 tubs from our website and we’ll do the rest) but you can buy 48 tubs from the shop and we’ll throw in a few box. (Or they’re $25)
That’s all, probably won’t post for another 6 months cause I’m a bit over social media TBH

Sorry guys we have to put our prices up again due to an increase in wholesale prices which we have no control over.
For example a can of condensed milk which we use in nearly everything has gone from $10.95 precovid to $15.95 post covid and now $36.79 which is insane but everything has gone up even the cost to empty our bins has doubled. We don’t have a huge margin so a price increase is the only way to keep the power on 😩

Shop is closed today and tomorrow but we’ll be back open 12pm Friday.

We have held off increasing our prices in the hopes ingredients costs will come down but they have continued to rise astronomically.
We can’t sustain the growing cost of inflation without increasing our prices or we won’t be around for much more.
