What books have informed your healing?
In TSY sessions there are always opportunities to come home to your body because maybe in the past your body didn't feel like a safe place to be (or perhaps you were forced to abandon your body and dissociate.)
There are always opportunities to practice making choice for yourself and your body, because maybe your ability to choose was taken from you.
There are opportunities to validate and acknowledge your own moment to moment experience, because maybe in the past and possibly still, your experience has been -or still is being- invalidated, denied or ignored.
