Introducing Habibi Bowl: couscous, grilled halloumi, house-made hummus, cherry tomatoes, avocado, spinach, sumac and chickpeas.

Granola: with toasted oats, apricot, pumpkin seeds, boysenberry coconut yoghurt, chia pudding, rhubarb compote and fruits

Preparing our French Toast - soft brioche, rhubarb, berry coulis, maple, frosted flakes and vanilla custard.

Since the launch, our Buffalo Chicken Burger has become one of the customer favourites!

Juicy, thick buffalo fried chicken with buttermilk ranch, Swiss cheese and brioche - served with golden-fried chips and sriracha aioli.

Enjoy a good lunch at Melba this week - our Turkish Cilbir Eggs are one of the stars on our summer menu. With rich flavours of garlic, chilli and dukkah, it's served with delicious focaccia bread, too.
