We would like to wish all our teams a good luck this weekend. Please remember to bring all necessary equipment for the tournament!
If your family and friends are not busy this weekend come on down to the Trust Stadium and support our Niuean teams! 🏀
To the Men’s A teams please if you could meet coach Duke and Coach Johansen in the auditorium an hour before your game.

🎉 CONGRATULATIONS!! 🎉
Here is the updated and finalised roster for Niue’s 2023 basketball teams. We would like to say thank you to everyone who have travelled (near and far) to attended our trials in July. Continue working hard on and off the court!
Well done everyone. We will see you all this weekend for training! Please do not forget to pay for all fees as the tournament is in 2 weeks time.

We are excited for this year's 5th Annual 1st Nations Polynesian Basketball Tournament September 2023.
As you already know Polynesian Basketball hold the largest Pasifika Basketball event in all of Australasia, as we give opportunity to our communities to celebrate their Cultural Identity at this event.
As we move forward, please use this platform to help promote your Cultural Association/Club, this will help feed into your Home Countries National selection of Players.

Youth Opportunity for 2024 USA TOUR. NCAA Certified events, player will be selected from the tournament to tour to USA, more Details will be out soon.

Fakaaue lahi to to both Logan Ah-Hing , Tasha Ah-Hing, and of course their family & crew! You’ve all done such a remarkable job leading up to the weekend, especially during the 3 day tournament. We would also like to acknowledge all the hard working referees, volunteers, Redvar, his family, and the Trust Stadium. Thank you for all your efforts in helping make this tournament yet another successful event.

Once again, congratulations to our Niue Mens Elite Team and tournament MVP Afu Nicholas for winning gold this year. Words can not explain how proud we are! Not only for being champions, but also having the ability to set a standard for OUR PEOPLE and the FUTURE of NIUEAN SPORT through Basketball. Fakaaue Lahi 🤝🏾
To the highlight of the tournament this weekend. Basketball is indeed more than just a game and this was demonstrated by our children's under 11s teams, Uga and Mago, at the tournament's fia fia night. We couldn't be more proud of you and your beautiful performance ❤ Thank you for all your hard work and of course your families efforts to make that happen 🙏
Lastly and most certainly not least. Without whom none of this couldn't be possible without. The pillars of Niue basketball, Aaron and Jenny Leslie, Sifagrace Talauta and family, Donald Tasi, Duke Lotam, Shella Chou-Lee and Uani Talagi. No words can express how much you honour us and our people in growing the sport of Basketball for all Niueans. We acknowledge and are forever grateful for all your sacrifice and amazing work you do for Niue basketball.
