Mobility & stretching after each workout. Bringing the heart rate down and targeting the key muscle groups worked 🧘🏽♂️🧘🏽♀️
It’s important we stretch after each class as we know that some of you won’t do it at home! 😂
1st day of spring smiles 😄 starting to take it up a notch and getting ahead of your goals before the summer! 🌼
The key points:
- Have flexibilty with your calories.
- Aim for high volume, low calorie foods.
- Add in low intensity exercise if you have the time, great for your weight loss and mental health.
- Track. If you don’t want to track then you don’t care enough. It is the only way you know for sure what is going on. Face it head on.
Different classes everyday to keep things interesting, turning up & not knowing exactly what you’re in for makes it exciting right?! 😅😂

Most days it’s easier to stay warm in bed or at home in the rain but the JG crew have still been getting it done 👊🏽

With gym or strength training specifically, start slow with your tempo. Not only will you get maximum stimulus on whatever muscle groups you are trying to strengthen, but you will quickly learn and feel for the correct technique with your movements. If you slow things down you will be forced to self correct with your form and lay a great foundation for your training.
We are so happy for Ange who has now lost 9kg in the past few months! She has made just incredible progress with her confidence in the gym and with the movements, you should be so proud Ange 🙌🏽

We are so proud of Ian who over the past few months has lost over 16kg! Ian’s consistency and commitment has been awesome. He’s stayed flexible with his diet, cooked some of the delicious meals in the app and has continued to improve week on week at the gym. Love your work Ian!
