Q.How to cook Bowz style prawns?
A.Teppan flame charcoal flavour.
1.Prawns put on the Teppan and cook it slightly.
2.Turn over to cook other side and put bit water to make steam then cover it.
3.Remove cover get lighter and cooking sake ready.
4.Do not get scary to get burn.(most case you only lost a bit your eyebrows or a bit of your hair)
5.Seasoning with homemade teriyaki sauce.
6.Decorate on the plate and put wasabi aioli on the side.
7.Ready serve and enjoy.
