Last weekend we went to catchup with some cousins 💗 was suuuuch a good catch-up 🥰 & one of them finally got to meet the infamous MR NGANU 😂✨
We tried jamming years worth of catching up into a night and day 😂😂 we talked love, healing, breaking cycles, movies,music, artists, astrology, fashion, fitness, fooood and of course caught up on our personal milestones that we’ve missed over the years ✨
Squeezed in an ocean swim 🤭 and we had the best car karaoke session on our way home 🤪

P.s Mr Nganu still stayed disciplined and committed to his meal and training plan throughout this visit 🥰 (like always 🤣)
So my cousins had to wait for his cheat meal time, so we could all go have a fat feed together (my favourite) 🤭
So grateful for connections ✨ connecting ✨ family ✨ love ✨ and cheat meals ✨😂🤣

It’s been along while since we’ve posted up…
We’ve been super busy with family as lots of our family are relocating and moving away 💗 and have a few massive projects and goals in our personal that we’re super excited for 🫶🏼

Mr Nganu is only months out from his first Bodybuilding competition ✨
a life long dream of his with lots of hard work and dedication going on in the background be sure to follow his journey on his personal 🙌

Along with working hard towards dreams we have both been working together on our side hustle .ns_kitchen baking up a storm in the kitchen every Saturday working towards another dream of ours to own our very own food truck bring us closer to living our dream of 💗

& just this month myself (Mrs Nganu) have finally built the courage to launch my very own online accessories store which has been in the works since 22 and it’s finally here 🤭 and I’m so excited for it 🙌

We also have been working on some exciting new content for our YouTube channel that has been abandoned since our anniversary last year 🤭👀 that we can’t wait for you all to see and have a good laugh at 😂😂

All in all we’re still here, working hard in the background, with lots of gratitude and love for all our followers knowing we have your support behind us 💯💯
