During COVID-19 Alert Level 3 we are allowed to operate for takeaway only and must operate in a contactless manner. This means that we need to change our order and fulfillment process as described below.

1. Customers are not allowed to enter the restaurant.

2. We cannot take payment in the restaurant so payment must be made in advance, at the time of the order. We have added credit/debit card payment facilities to our online ordering pages. Payment is required to be made before the order can be submitted.

3. When you make the order we will give you an estimated time to collect.

4. We will set up a table at the front of the shop. Please let us know when you arrive to pick up your order. If your order is ready we will place it on the table for you to collect. If it is not ready we will let you know as soon as it is, and then place it on the table for collection.

5. Please do not congregate at the entrance to the restaurant. If your order is not ready pleased be patient with us and try to maintain social distancing.

6. If we get to busy we will temporarily stop taking orders, if you cannot make an order or your order is not confirmed please try again later.

7. We cannot take payment over the phone which means we cannot take orders over the phone, please use the online ordering process.
