One of the many cocktails Lee (our handsome bearded Bar Manager) has created to work alongside The Cult Project's menu is the Missionary's Redemption, with pineapple skin infused Bacardi Carta Blanca, fresh pineapple, lemon, mint, lemon rind infused honey. You can try it and chat with Lee, Tuesday to Thursday from 4pm.
