We’ve been masterminding with the legends at Hallertau Brewery and the result has arrived. A fig leaf sourdough sour, made from 100 kg our own bread & Kelmarna Gardens fig leaf. The outcome is exquisite — launches in-store this Saturday at Pt Chev; also available at Hallertau Riverhead, Clevedon, K’Rd & Farro Fresh. Cheers! 🍻
