June is PTSD Awareness Month. While physiotherapists aren't primary PTSD treatment providers, they can play a meaningful part in addressing injuries from traumatic events.
Exercise is a potent technique for helping those with PTSD. It promotes neural growth, reduces inflammation, and enhances well-being. By boosting energy, relieving stress, and providing social connection, exercise aids in managing PTSD effectively.
