That's a guarantee. πŸŒ€ But it's how quickly you get back on track that will make the difference. It will be the fact that you dont let 1 turn into 2. That you let 2 turn into 3. πŸŒ€ Follow the rule "NEVER MISS TWICE" and I guarantee you will see change. I guarantee you will see results. Everyone falls off but it's how you get back up that matters. πŸŒ€ Stop being hard on yourself when you fall and start being more inspired to get back up. You want to change your life? Then you will make mistakes. What matters is how quickly you get back up and continue to move forward. How bad do you want it?

GOAL SETTING πŸ“πŸ† β€’ Once you discover what areas of your life are most important to you, you are then ready to start writing down your goals. Choose 1x long term goal for each area and 3x smaller goals that will lead you towards that goal. These smaller goals are your inspiration to keep pursuing the bigger picture. It doesn't matter if its physical, emotional, career or relationship. The same rules apply to all. β€’ 1️⃣ SPECIFIC Make sure the goal is specific for you. Not anyone else. Only the person you see in the mirror each and every day. This is your goal. β€’ 2️⃣ MEASUREABLE Make sure you have a way of tracking whether you have achieved the goal. This way you make it black and white and easier to understand. β€’ 3️⃣ ACHIEVEABLE Ensure the goal you have set is one that you can achieve. You know that if you put in the hard work then you can do it. β€’ 4️⃣ REALISTIC The goal needs to be realistic for you. Do you have the resources in place or willing to invest in these resources to achieve the goal. β€’ 5️⃣ TIME Place a time cap on your goal. 1x week. 1x month etc. You are more likely to achieve your goal when there is a time frame. Its not only you being affected but every human being on the planet. β€’ Why is this happening? Because it's time to change. The law that is guaranteed in this life is CHANGE. We must all now adapt to thrive. As a collective we are going through an ascension. A leveling up process in all areas of our life. We've been forced to take a step back and realise what's important. β€’ So what do we do? We figure out what are the most important areas of our life. We figure out what areas need to be looked at if we are to grow more as a person and conquer the "new world" being created. β€’ Treat the current time as your own personal solitude. A time to look deep inside yourself and realize what's really important to you.
