A workshop designed to teach you how to have an effective swing! We will take you through the steps on how to have the perfect swing and how you can practice to keep improving onto different exercises.

Learn the power of the hips and how to eliminate lower back pain in your swings.
If you always feel your lower back, or traps/shoulders only when you perform KB swings and want to change. This workshop is for you.

We will be performing some exercises and the swing itself, so bring clothes that you can move comfortably in. Don't worry, it won't be an intense workout.


Increase your strength, knowledge and power to maximize your training and avoid injuries!

Sticking to the same speed on the treadmill.
Lifting the same weights.
Doing the exact same workout.

If you're still the same from when you previously set yourself health and fitness goals. What do you need to change in order to achieve them?

Get used to being uncomfortable and results will follow. It's much easier to focus on one thing than five. This can be overwhelming leading to you stopping all together. So start small and keep putting one foot in front of the other 💪💪

Method:
Place frozen banana and nut butter into a blender/food processor and blend until smooth
Add protein if desired and blend again

Now eat amd enjoy on these hot summer days
