Stack em' high, watch em' fly! πŸ₯ž Give this PROTEIN STACKED PANCAKE RECIPE a try, you're welcome 😎

Packed with muscle-building goodness, these pancakes are a tasty way to refuel and recover.

You're going to need:
1 banana
75g oats
3 large eggs
2 tbsp milk (dairy, soya, oat or nut milks all work)
1 tbsp baking powder
pinch of cinnamon
1 scoop protein powder (whey / plant based - whatever your preference)
coconut oil, or a flavourless oil, for frying
nut butter, maple syrup and berries or sliced banana to serve

How to make it:
STEP 1
Blend the banana, oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, cinnamon and protein powder for 1-2 mins until smooth. Check the oats have broken down, if not, blend for another minute.

STEP 2
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan. Pour or ladle in 2-3 rounds of batter, leaving a little space between each to spread. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until bubbles start to appear on the surface and the underside is golden. Flip over and cook for another minute until cooked through. Transfer to a warmed oven and repeat with the remaining batter. Serve in stacks with nut butter, maple syrup and fruit.

The BEST easy, classic lasagna recipe made easy, healthy & hearty! πŸ’š Give this one a go for the entire fam to enjoy! πŸ₯³

What You'll Need: Ingredients
1 kg Ground Lean Beef
1/2 Onion, Diced
3 minced Garlic cloves
1 can crushed tomatoes
Salt to season
Lasagna sheets
1 egg
Cottage Cheese
Mozzarella for the filling & to coat the top bake
1/4 cup Grated Cheese: Parmesan cheese is a great choice
Parsley: Add chopped fresh parsley into the cheese mixture and garnish with more.

How to Make The Best Lasagna Recipe
Make the Tomato Sauce: Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic to a large skillet or large pot and cook on medium-high until the meat is no longer pink. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the pan and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, stir a few times.
Make the Cheese Mixture: Beat the egg in a large mixing bowl and add the cottage cheese, a half cup of mozzarella, and parsley.

How to Layer Lasagna: Spread a cup of meat sauce on the bottom of a 13-x-9- inch casserole dish, followed by four lasagna sheets, a third of the cheese mixture, and a cup of sauce, and repeat. Next, pour the remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella.

How Long to Bake Lasagna: Cooking time is about 1 hour. Cover the baking dish tight with aluminum foil to create steam to cook the sheets, and bake for 55 to 60 minutes until the pasta is cooked through. Uncover and cook for another five minutes until all the cheese browns slightly.

Serve: Garnish the lasagna with parsley and let sit for five minutes before cutting into eight pieces.
