Our lease at our Grey Lynn clinic has expired, which means we’ll be closing the doors for the very last time at this space on Friday 8 March (next week).

While we look for the perfect new home for our Grey Lynn clinic, we’d love to welcome you to our beautiful Ponsonby clinic - just five minutes down the road! And don’t worry - all your favourite therapists will be there too.

While it’s humid, ditch the heavy creams (which only make your skin slippery), opt for oil-free and water-based foundations to avoid a greasy appearance (think mineral foundations), and keep your makeup minimal to allow your skin to breathe. Make a setting spray (with a matte finish) your new BFF and style your hair away from your face to prevent oils and products from transferring onto your skin. TOP TIP: Sunscreens should never be used past their expiry, and should always be stored out of direct light. Consumer New Zealand states adults need to use around 9 teaspoons of sunscreen for a full-body application(!). So apply often and liberally, no matter what sunscreen you’re using.
