Andy here. Thanks to all who came to today's Age of Sigmar Launch event! I had a blast and I'm loving the new look game.

We had a couple of prizes for those who attended, an Age of Sigmar Spearhead for a new player and a ticket to any of our AoS events coming in 2024.

So without further ado, congratulations to Tammy Chee who has won the spearhead and Steven Elliot who has won the aos ticket. I'll be in touch with you soon.

Andy here! I'm excited about this new toy in the store as I've wanted one for years. Here's a demo of the new Vortex Mixer we now have instock at Hobby Master. Using one of these sweet gadgets, you can shake a paint pot hundreds of times in mere seconds, compared to shaking by hand alone which would take some minutes to achieve. It's especially helpful for me as I damaged my wrist years ago due to rsi from my graphic design days, so now I find shaking paint pots adequately a bit difficult. Just 80 bucks, and instore now.

It was so good meeting a ton of new people this weekend at the games fair, some old school gamers, and a lot of people very new to the idea of table top gaming. We specifically attracted many younger players who fell in love with the skirmish games we had on show, in particular Marvel Crisis Protocol and Star Wars Legion. It was truly amazing to see so many of them just threw themselves into the game and have an absolute ton of fun, with many of them coming back for more or shifting from one table to another to try out all the different games. A massive thank you must go out to the players who came along to help promote and show off these games to the public. We really do have some of the best customers and a wonderful community of people who are passionate about the games they play. As part of the games fair learn to play sessions, we were very fortunate to have some support from Lets Play Games and Mithras Games to be able to offer some prizes to those who partook in a learn to play session and I am happy to announce the following winners: Winner of a 3x3 battle mats: Ryan Cronin and Nicholas (sorry last name lost as the person was there at the time of the draw, so I did not keep the slip of info) Winner of a box of Mandalorian Super Commandos: Ben Mallinson and John Caster Winner of a Core Box of Marvel Crisis Protocol: Steven Elliot We will be in contact in the next few days to sort out getting these prizes to you all. Congratulations to all the winners and thanks to all who attended and supported a great cause. Really looking forward to next years event which will be even bigger and better.

So great to be able to demonstrate some awesome games to an eager crowd at the Cancer Society Games Fair today. We had some truly amazing games of Marvel Crisis Protocol with incredible results and a lot of interest from both experienced gamers and newcomers alike. Malifaux was garnering a ton of interest, especially from the DnD players who visited us, the awesome aesthetics of the game, pulling in the the RPG enthusiasts. Cameron did a fantastic job demonstrating why X-Wing is so much fun, with a lot of very happy players and Vinny was amazing at showing off how cool the Legion models are as well as how cool the game is, with one young fan returning 2 times for more action. Seemed to hear a lot of people spreading the word, so I am expecting it to be even bigger tomorrow. If you can, come along, check it out and support a great cause at the same time.

All set up and ready for tomorrow. Hope to see you there at what looks to be a great event!
