We’re on a journey to create the best possible dairy we can, and milk that’s quite simply the way it should be. Our milk is packed with goodness from grass fed cows, that don’t have any palm product in their feed. Our milks are also permeate free - they have nothing added and nothing taken away (unless it’s the fat for our skinny milk, which we’re okay with). And we’re not shy to say, we think Aotearoa New Zealand should proudly stay non-GMO - our milks come from farms that are verified free from GMOs.

How about this delicious milkshake for a treat? 🍪
INGREDIENTS:
3 Scoops of Lewis Road Crushed Cookies & Cream Ice Cream
300ml Lewis Road Jersey Milk
2 Tbsp Chocolate Sauce
4 Chocolate Cookies (e.g. Oreos)
TOPPINGS:
Lewis Road Single Cream, Whipped
Crushed Cookies
Add all the milkshake ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Drizzle lashings of your favourite chocolate sauce around the inside of the glass and then pour in the milkshake. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and some crushed cookies.

A Road Less Travelled
Madness, we thought. That here in New Zealand, a country which doubles as any self-respecting dairy cow’s dream home with its endless rolling green hills, we were importing butters all the way from…Europe! Absolute madness. Surely the country making the world’s best dairy produce, had to be the one given the greatest head-start by mother nature.
So we quietly set about restoring natural order to the world, bought ourselves an Italian butter churn and set it up in a converted shipping container. And from that shipping container, in Lewis Road, in the Bay of Plenty, we began our quest to make the world’s very best dairy. Madness, they said. Absolute madness.
