Ever wondered what we get up to at Saturday's Circuit class before our coffee ritual afterwards? ;-) Lots of new exercises being introduced too! I also take an All Levels class at same time, different studio after we warm up together. Perfect for those learning and wanting more one on one attention
Done the limbo lately? How clever are these guys at Powerhoop class last night! Although I think Mumma was holding it a bit high... it's going much lower next time ;-)

When Boxing Meets Powerhooping
Look what we did at Challenge class last night... Boxing and Powerhooping!! Way to go everyone ;-)
First time boxing for some of our regular Powerhoopers last night at our Challenge class, very impressive girls! And hope you enjoyed the mix of boxing and hooping!! We'll be continuing this, and adding on more, for the rest of June ;-)
Want to see how I get out of my comfort zone??? Then check this video out of us doing Gangman Style at the Holiday Program... regardless if you had a hoop or not, they were into it! And we are doing it all again this Thursday!!! #CoolestJobReally
First Outdoor Class
Amazing first Powerhoop class outside this morning... we have Boxfit going on too at the same time for those that want to do that instead... Get out of bed next Saturday and get amongst it!!
