Our planned webinar on Advanced Orthotic Prescribing was due to run this month, but it will now run in August.

Developing the content for this webinar is taking more time than anticipated, but we know it will be worth the wait! We have some great content planned and possibly some guests joining us to share their knowledge. Structure Sensor Update! 📱

You can now upgrade your iPads to iOS 17.2 safely without affecting your Structure Sensor Scanner. Previous issues around the iOS 17 update and connection issues with the Structure Sensor have been fixed in this new software update.

GO Select orders have a slightly later order cut off of 12pm Friday 15th December.

REMINDER TO NOT UPDATE TO iOS 17!

As of today apple has released iOS 17, we have been made aware that updating to this latest software may cause compatibility problems with your structure sensor.

Structure (the company who produces the structure sensor iPad scanners) has issued a warning about updating iPads to the latest iOS 17 software. Currently their only concern is for iPads that have a USB-C connection but to err on the side of caution we are advising all clients to avoid updating their iPads until the issue is resolved.

We will keep you updated on any progression with this issue.

It was fantastic to host the board of Podiatry NZ here at the lab on Saturday where they held their meeting. I was proud to show them the lab and explain how our investment in two StrataSys H350 3D printers has bought the latest in advanced orthotic manufacturing right here to NZ. I'm looking forward to the upcoming conference and more collaboration between GO Orthotics and Podiatry NZ in future.
