Our team, which recently came together, has completed its first Sprint. As I noted, they worked well together before this milestone, but everyone was pleasantly surprised by their performance during the first sprint review. They not only fulfilled most of their commitments, but they also presented working screens and functionalities to both stakeholders and customers. Their performance impressed all involved, and I am optimistic that they will continue to exceed expectations in the future.
I was fortunate enough to join a newly formed team, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were able to come together. Despite being strangers, we opened up during the team-building exercise and quickly figured out how to work together. We immediately dived into high-level planning and nailed it. I can see that this team has great potential, as they are already supporting each other to achieve their first Sprint goals. I am eager to continue assisting them on their journey.
It is captivating to observe how the entire organisation is motivated by a shared goal of improving their quality of life and that of their colleagues. However, it is notable that each member has a unique perspective on how to achieve this objective.
The concern then arises, how can we effectively collaborate and coordinate our efforts despite these differing viewpoints?
