I do this through my online health and wellbeing membership, The Wicked Healthy Tribe, my in person retreat weekends, my online Gluten-Free Course, 1-1 coaching and my two award win
One of my all time favourite places that I travelled through in my younger days was India... I just LOVED it, it was so diverse and different, and a huge part of that was because of the food I literally travel for the food! I just LOVE the flavours of Indian food and I have been known to spend HOURS in the kitchen creating a whole array of Indian dishes. But not any more! Because my Thermie does the hard work for me! 🤣
That's why my team and I are really looking forward to presenting our next cooking class: Flavours of India
Would you love to learn how to create authentic Indian flavours from home, but where it didn’t take you hours in the kitchen? Yes please!

Do you love Indian food too?
Looking for a great protein snack? Ever made roasted chickpeas? I’ll talk you through how to make them and get them super crunchy… there’s a secret to it!!
Do you want to know the secret to better health??? Or anything for that matter?
I love that one of my members shared this in my membership and it resonated with so many!
It's not rocket science right? It's just one foot in front of the other.
Does this resonate?
Our good friends over at Pete's Natural need our help! They're running a Pledge Me campaign to to bring more of their delicious products to the market and because they're always supporting me, we need to support them! Please like, share, comment, and consider pledging yourself, I just have and can't wait to receive a Soda Spectacular Limited Edition 12 Pack - we LOVE their low sugar sodas!! Have you tried them?
Pete's Natural A family-owned solar powered soda factory in Motueka, squeezing fruit from all over Aotearoa.
If you’re looking for a swanky start to a special occasion, head to the on Queen street for a fancy gin.
Then for a great value for price place, head to Sri Pinang on K Road, the food was divine and so full of flavour!!! Loved every single dish. They even were ok with us taking our own dessert for the birthday boy as Tiramisu is his favourite so Ana made it (she even made the lady fingers from scratch because they were out of stock at ALL the supermarkets!!! The best Tiramisu ever to top off a great night!
A super fun evening and highly recommend. X
Have you been to either of these places?
All right my friends, it's time to give you my Food Show shout outs!! Every year I'm like a kid in a candy store! It was huge and so much good stuff to enjoy and try!
I've been on the hunt for new partners for our giveaways, and I've struck gold! 🎉
Found some great NZ companies that align with my values.
These are my faves!
1. – literally the BEST raw treats! OMG, delicious! So many different flavours to choose from. They also do a seed cracker mix and as you know, I love to make my own but I also know that you're sometimes time poor and you just need convenient (but still healthy) so this is the one for you. You buy it in a mix and make it yourself! 👏
2. I just loved this husband and wife duo team at ... and as it turns out, Libby used to teach Ana at MAGS!
Don't you just love it, a French-Kiwi family love affair with dark chocolate? Such great marketing - I love that they specialise in dark chocolate as that's my absolute fav, and check out all their awards!! The chilli, wasn't initially apparent but then it crept up on you and it was delicious! Thanks so much for your support!
3. The team at , this stand was a taste sensation but I was on the look out for products that I could easily courier and their Umami Garlic Butter & Truffle Butter totally hit the spot! You know how sometimes you cook a steak or some bread and you just want a little bit of natural flavour but don't know what, this is the answer! I can't wait to hear what my members think about these two amazing additions to the prize pack.
4. And lastly, but not least, who weren't at the Food Show but have been long term supporters of mine, the team at who have very kindly donated some of their amazing cereal, flavoured nuts (I'd never tried the cashews, they're delicious!!) and seed toppers which I'm always a fan of.
So, it was well worth the visit to make these connections and I'm super excited to be offering new products for my members to win. Check out the prize pack up for grabs!
Please note, I don't get paid for this post, the product has just donated product for give aways.
What were your fave stands?
I know, I know video's should be shorter because I'll loose your attention but I just struggle on how to make them shorter as I have too much to say!! 🤣 So, just hang in there with me because if you're keen to see how the Thermomix Cutter will save you so much time in the kitchen, I'm showing you how it works and how I chop my veggies for my home made Kimchi.
This is our gift with purchase at the moment worth $239 – on until the 12th August. If you're sick of finely chopping your cabbage, grating carrot and cheese, hand slicing your pizza toppings, hand slicing your scalloped potatoes, this is for you, it's the perfect addition. Tune into find out what my favourite feature of it is and then reach out for more deets. This is for you!
I know that I've shared this many a time before but I often forget about it so thought you might too.
This is one of my favourite ways to break a fast, I just love kumara and toasted in the sandwich press, it's the perfect bread alternative.
Then I top it with whatever goodness I have on hand but today it's rocket (great to support estrogen), hummus (protein from the chickpeas), salmon (omegas, protein, healthy fats) and sauerkraut (gut health), topped with toasted seeds, covering basically all food groups (carbs from the kumara).
Quick, easy, delicious and nutritious! What more is there to ask for? 😉
Do you think about having cooked kumara slices instead of bread? Or is it something that you forget about like me? 😆 What was for lunch at your house today?
Read this again and again, and let us know what's one thing you're going to do today that's making time for your wellness (and preventing illness). I'm just off for a walk. ❤️
It was an absolute honour to have Bronwyn Hudson as our guest speaker in my membership last night. Bronwnyn was speaking on the Glucose Connection how food and mood are totally connected. We spoke about how if you dress your foods, it can reduce the glucose spike, and how if you eat foods in different orders, it also has a huge impact on the glucose spike. Food is soooo fascinating, but it's not just about food, it's also how much stress affects our blood sugars as well.
I love Bronwyn's down to earth, science based approach which really resonated with my members. Thanks so much Bronwyn, so wonderful to have you join us and we're looking forward to having you back and sharing more of your expertise!
Thermomix Thursday:
I’m making kumara chips in my Thermomix using the brand new cutter! Plus I’ll demonstrate a couple of other things too.
Join me if you’re wondering what the fuss is over the cutter, and I’ll share with you what one of the best features of it is which is such a time saver!!
There’s 3 different ways you can get one too. Find out how.
If a Thermomix is on your wish list, this is for you! This is the first time this has ever been offered, in fact, ever since I've had my Thermomix (nearly 15 months), the only way you could get your hands on one of these cutters was through becoming a consultant. And of course, this is still the absolute best way because you'll also get your Thermomix for free (ask me how)... 😉
BUT, for the very first time, when you purchase your Thermomix until the 12th August, you'll get one for FREE! It's honestly the best addition to your Thermie! Plus you can get 48 months interest free.
Tomorrow (Thursday, 12.30pm) on my Thermomix Thursday live, I'll show you how it works, and what I use mine for the most! I'll also share how it not only saves me money, but how it saves me sooo much time and brings more finesse into my presentation. This is such a great addition to your Thermomix!!
Have you seen the cutter in action before? What would you like me to demonstrate?
I LOVE running cooking classes, esp when I've got a great team to help! This was our Varoma Cooking Class we ran last month and we had a huge crowd in the room.
I just love the aha moments they have when they learn something that they wouldn't learn from a cookbook or recipe. Even I learnt a few tips and tricks too! 😉
We made 5-6 different things with tastings of all and it's a great way for our owners (and non owners) to fall even more in love with their machine.
Our next class coming up is Flavours of India and it's going to be a goodie, nothing like learning how to create authentic Indian flavours from home, you'll never want to order take outs again! 😉 Cost saving right there... 😘
Sunday, 25th August, 2pm... check out the menu and grab your ticket here. It's perfect if you're already an owner or are thinking about getting one.

Grab your ticket before the 31st July and get a gift with purchase on arrival!! A wee bonus for booking early. 💕
What's your favourite cooking class you've been to so far? What did you enjoy the most about it?
As we farewell Fiji for what was an incredible holiday, I thought I’d share some tips with you if you’re visiting any time soon.
As long as it’s packaged and labelled, you can take in most foods. We had self contained apartments so cooked most of our meals and taking in food made it a lot cheaper. You can also take in meats and diary as long as it’s NZ or Aus brands. You aren’t allowed pork but salmon, beef, lamb, chicken (vaccum packed) is all accepted. I even spoke to someone who brings in a big chilly bin with all their meat! We purchased meat from the local butcher in Nadi. We also got the local bus into Nadi and got all our fruit and veggies. So cheap and amazing!! Photos are of what I took in and the basics I took to cook with - we ate exceptionally well, using all their fresh fruits, veggies and herbs.
Scooters are also a godsend for kids (and adults!) on Denarau to whip down to the port.
Bula from Fiji, see you soon NZ and I hope you’re not too cold!! 🤞🤞❤️
PS Oh, and I never travel without my travel sachets of Nutrient Rescue, no one wants to get sick on holiday!! 😉
This is often what I'll have for lunch and what I'll break my fast with. I know it looks like a big bunch of greens, but underneath is a gluten free, nut free home made roll, a couple of poached eggs, a large serving of sauerkraut for gut health and to feed the good bacteria in my gut, some wilted spinach out of my garden (I just soak in boiling water for a couple of minutes and then drain), parsley out of the garden, drizzled with Worcestershire sauce (because I LOVE it!) and olive oil for healthy fats, sprinkled with some seeds. Such a nourishing, filling lunch that keeps me satisfied for hours and I know my body will be thanking me for looking after it!
What can you add to your next meal that you wouldn't normally to nourish yourself?
I just had the most glorious facial I think I’ve ever had!!! I used to have facials all the time but have’t had one for years and this was absolutely incredible. I had the hydrating facial from at the port with Mila and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!! I feel 10 years younger!! ❤️❤️
This is for all us gorgeous women who worry about our bumps and bulges... ❤️
An epic day yesterday zip lining and caving in Fiji! I loved was we got out of Denarau and off the beaten track to really see other parts of Fiji we haven’t seen before - driving through villages and into the hills.
If you’ve done the Rotorua zip lining, it’s quite different standards 🤣 (the gloves are to help you brake at the end of each zip!) but an epic day and the team running the show were so friendly! The heavens opened when we first started (first bit of rain we'd seen), but then the sun came out to incredible views.
Totally recommend! Have you done it? This was the 16 zips over 5km.
Or just out of interest, have you done the Rotorua zip lining?
Booked over a year ago, we decided to treat ourselves to our last few nights in a presidential suite at the Wyndham… here’s a guided tour!! I honestly feel like royalty… we normally find the best value accommodation when we’re away so this is such a treat for us!! What a glorious way to spend our last few days in Fiji!!
Would you??? 🤣 A little bit of light Friday afternoon entertainment from us in Fiji! 😂 Excuse the horror movie playing in the background!! Not very nice what he calls me at the end! 🥹
Thermomix Thursday: Cauliflower Mash. Would you love to eat more veggies and a lower carb diet but you’re not sure how? Here’s just one way… I love that my Thermie can easily support my health goals - I personally love eating a low carb diet at night. In this recipe I also added veggie stock paste too, it was next level!! Have you tried the cauliflower mash yet in your Thermie???? Would you like to learn more about how to use your Thermie to eating healthier?
So lucky to be having a wee winter escape to the warmth in Fiji! Our first time to an island and initially, I was thinking, how are we going to keep busy on this small island but OMG, once you get into the bula ways, it's easy for the days to sneak by with cards, sunning and generally doing nothing! What a freakin glorious spot!! Literally just like the post cards!! We miss you Oli!! ❤️
What glitter are you going to sparkle this Monday?
Dear Thermomix, I was wrong about you. I’m so sorry I said no to you for so many years, I just didn’t realise how good you were. You see, I love cooking, and I’m a good cook so I thought you were just for someone who couldn’t cook. Please accept my apology. 🤞
When I first brought you home, I had no idea how much you'd change my world. As a busy mum juggling work, family, and my own needs, you've been my secret weapon. You've given me the gift of time, and the ability to nourish my health even more. 🍏
You've made it so easy to create nutritious meals from scratch, to make my own sauces, pastes, dips, hummus’s saving me sooo much money, plus creating even more adventurous meals that I just LOVE sharing with others. ❤️❤️
But it's more than just convenience. You've encouraged me to try new recipes I never would have attempted before. You've helped me make gut-friendly foods easier so I do them more often, supporting my overall health in ways I never expected. Did I mention the time saving? 😂
More importantly, you've been a crucial part of my mission to empower other women to prioritise their health & wellbeing. You've shown me that eating well doesn't have to be time-consuming or complicated. This lesson is one I've been able to share with my community, inspiring others to take charge of their wellbeing too and that’s my whole mission with Wicked Wellbeing.
Thank you Thermomix, for being more than just an appliance - you're a true partner in health and I couldn’t be without you. I ❤️ you! 🤣
Do you feel the same way about your Thermomix?🍏
A simple yet effective snack for an afternoon pick me up!
Do you ever have a banana, spread with peanut butter (or almond or cashew butter) and sprinkled with h**p seeds? It's one of my faves, I always make sure my banana is on the greener side though as it's not as sweet so better for my blood sugars, then the protein from the peanut butter and h**p seeds is a great combination to keep them stable.
Have you tried it, or will you? 😋
What's your fave snack at the moment?
I'm always up for supporting my biz buddies and this is my good friend Andre who owns in the Health and Sports gym in Morningside.
The food is delicious and you're always guaranteed to love every morsel! From cabinet snacks to ordering off the menu, there's an awesome selection and I love that it's super healthy! I totally recommend the cauliflower fritters, or the smoothies!
But if you're after meals made for you, they do that too, especially if you're particular about your clean eating - that's what they're all about!
So, please, go in and check them out and support local, it's a tricky environment out there and we all could do with any support and help we can get.
Have you checked them out yet?
P.S. The raspberry slice is sooooo addictive!! And such delightful staff too! ❤️
Thermomix Thursday… First time for me making the Bacon and Cheese scrolls from the new winter magazine…. Super fun to make, devoured in seconds!! And all the guess work taken out of the cooking time with our new sensor!! Have you tried them yet??? The cost savings are huge when you make your own, place you know exactly what’s in them… love that.
These is a concoction I break my fast with to ensure I’m getting enough protein and nutrients…
Did you know that for the same price as ONLY 2 1/2 coffees per week, you could get a Thermomix on your bench. That's just $2.09 cents per day or $14.61 per week.
This has never been offered before but the company is so committed to making it super possible for anyone to start saving with a Thermomix!!
And to see how much you'll save, ask me about our DIGITAL SAVINGS CALCULATOR which will show you where your savings will be so you can justify it (plus save money!).
And if that's still not achievable, why don't you come and join the team and earn your machine for free! Earn 4 is here so you only have to sell 4 TM's to get yours for free. You could totally do that!
Ask me how...
T's & c's do apply which I'm happy to share with you.
I’m making a green smoothie, join me!
