A well deserved podium for our time trial specialist in the 248km gravel race with a more detailed race debrief to follow.

First day of southland was a solid day in the legs .gough.154 brought our team time trial home in 4th position to take the most combative jersey. However we couldn't quite pull off the criterium. Plenty of opportunities ahead.

7 days out of TOS and our final rider is Christian Rush. After a full season in europe in the chaotic roads of netherlands and belgium Christian is looking forward to a potentially windy tour and will be our road captain.

Introducing our newest squad member Eli Tregidga . Eli is the junior national road champion and is a strong and promising talent coming through the ranks. He has spent the final junior year in the Netherlands honing his craft and is ready to make the step up to u23/elite. We are looking forward to guiding and helping him progress to be the best rider he can be.

Adam chapman is rider number 5 with a deadly finish on him hell be a big threat in the bunch sprints. Adam is also recently crowned u23 club national champion and is our newest addition to the roster.

Finn Mitchell is our next announcement for the 4th grand tour. Finn is a professional at putting others to the sword and loves a good tt. With 2 years of experience on the road he will be looking to continue building and will be in fine euro form at TOS.

Our 3rd rider Corby Price in a young team will be paramount in helping guide and use his expertise to benefit the team. Corby is a previous school boy national champion and always has a keen eye on the break away. And after a stint in belgium is bringing home the bacon with his euro form.

2nd rider introduction for tour of southland is our local legend Hunter Gough. With the knowledge of his home roads, hunter will be an integral part of the line up coming off a successful winter of wins and a podium at club nationals. You won't miss him gunning for tv time he's always in the mix.

4th grand tour is on its way so here's our first rider for the race in the deep south. No stranger to steep gradients and a man to watch out for bluff hill is Matthew Wilson the elite xc national mountain bike champ. This will be Matt's 2nd edition and fresh off a season overseas on the mtb no doubt he's going to be looking forward to the drop bars.

Introducing the newest addition to the 2023/2024 squad .chapman_ . The recently crowned u23 club national road champion will be bringing some horse power for the sprints and will be joining our tour of southland line up. Here's what Adam has to say about the upcoming summer.

I’m a 20 year old rider from Christchurch currently 2 years into my riding journey. At this stage I specialise in the long hard days where there’s a bit of climbing and a reduced bunch kick at the end. Im excited to be part of a strong, versatile team that excels in both road and gravel racing. With the boys in the team and the plans we have for the season to come, I couldn’t be more motivated.

My goals for the season are simply to get more experience and win more races.
