Perfect is one way to describe this food heaven. Simply the best Indian inspired food to be had in will NZ. Kerala fish was spot on. Waiter was very knowledgeable with all aspects of our dining experience.

Meet our Restaurant Manager, Prateek Arora.

Prateek joined Cassia in 2014, when Cassia first opened. Starting out as a food runner, he worked his way up to a Restaurant manager and in 2018 Metro recognised him as a Restaurant Personality of the year.

To Prateek, Cassia is his first home in New Zealand. He will be completing his 10 years in Cassia this September, yet everyday he learns something new and loves the environment he’s working in.

“Working with Sid and Chand is like working with family. They have always been there to support me and passed their extensive knowledge about their restaurants. Sid always guides me in the right way, managing staff and understanding the business from an owner perspective.”

Today marks our 10th birthday!

We still cannot believe that it’s been 10 years since we took these photo in front of the first location of Cassia on Fort Lane.

It really has been an incredible journey, and we are truly grateful for everyone’s unwavering support and love. Thank you to our amazing customers, dedicated team, and our families. We couldn't have made it this far without you all.

We would love to once again invite you our 10th birthday dinner this Thursday, 18th July, for an unforgettable evening filled with fantastic food, music, and celebration. Cheers to 10 Amazing Years and many more years to come!
