**When we were in Japan we prayed for a woman with infertility. The doctors gave her little hope she could ever conceive. We just learned that she is now expecting!
**I am in awe of you so much your timing and messages are incredible and the timing is perfect
** I am now in my new position that i never saw coming even though you had prophesied it long ago !
** Your prayers rise up with the incense before the throne in Heaven it has come to pass!
* My prayer day always brings supernatural stuff that blows my mind!

The business world is fast paced, changing rapidly and sometimes it is just a blur.!!
As leaders we are called upon to make decisions quickly, remain flexible, innovative and spontaneous.
Fast is not always best, and the first decision is not always the most prudent.
We can get caught up in the enthusiasm and fervor of a new initiative, change program or strategy.
But if we have enthusiasm without a fair measure of facts, we could be hastening our demise.!
Equally, if we always make a quick judgment call or succumb to pressure for an answer, we may well be missing the way.
Often others’ deadlines are a measure of their lack of planning, rather than a need for immediacy.
We can often mistake speed for effectiveness, if we are not careful.
There is wisdom in taking time on important calls, and is often borne in collaboration with wise councilors. (Call your Business Edge Pastor!)
Sometimes more facts need to be brought to bear on the decision.
What are the alternatives,
Have we looked at the risks?
How can we make this decision an even better one?
There is a time for an instant response, but as this proverb reminds us, it is often wise to take time for some consideration.
"The best way to live is with revelation knowledge, for without it you'll grow impatient and run right into error!"

Do you know that your design is actually perfect for your PURPOSE??
God was intentional in the way that He knit you together.
Potential is determined by DESIGN !.
Your potential is intricately woven into your DESIGN
and your design is crafted according to your PURPOSE.
You came preprogrammed with all the gifts, talents, aptitudes and abilities necessary to engage your life purpose.
You are designed to flow with a certain anointing or divine enablement that comes from heaven.
Romans 11:36 says “of Him (design) and to Him (purpose) and through Him (anointing) are all things.
Because God provides for His purposes, the most challenging or frustrating places of our lives often involve the mistakes we made. We’ve all done it. A wrong turn, delay, an unwise choice.
But God factors in grace for these areas we’ve been blind to or stumbled over.
God told Abraham to leave his hometown alone, but instead Abraham left with Lot and his entire family and entourage.
Eventually the herdsmen of Lot and the herdsmen of Abraham
were in strife and it caused problems for Abraham
Strife comes with the stuff we added that God didn’t give us
Yet, Abraham is our founding father of faith who still succeeded and was called the friend of God!
There is no blanket promise in the Bible that all things work together for everyone__but there is a promise of everything working out for those who are seeking to please the Lord and are conscientious about fulfilling His purpose.
Keep at it.
You are designed to succeed!
You will finish the work, the purpose of your life, and hear “well done.”
This is a life of destiny by design, a design that is perfect and anointed for your unique call.

Do you ever feel like the second choice, the afterthought?
Here's a thought....
DAVID was not God’s first choice for King?
SAUL was actually the first to be anointed King over Israel.
Regardless of what ultimately happened with Saul, he was sent by God to answer the cry of the people.
YOU also are an answer to somebody’s prayer.
David’s role shifted depending on his season, but his purpose was constant.
MOSES was not the people’s choice for a deliverer
they drove him into a desert and did not trust his leadership.
JEREMIAH was not Israel’s first choice for a Prophet,
but God spoke through him.
PETER and the rest of the disciples in Galilee were not the local Rabbi’s first choice.
Rather than continuing to learn from the Rabbi, qualified by others, they became skilled in the trade of their fathers as fishermen,
Stay faithful to your present call, stay passionate about His presence and stay open to the providential ways that God opens doors.
YOU are an answer to a prayer and your gifts are a solution to a problem.
If you are appointed, do not give way to dis-appointment

If you are doing it just because no one else will.... It’s a JOB.
If you are doing it as you serve the Lord.... It's a MINISTRY
If you quit because someone criticized you... It was a JOB.
If you are serving in spite of criticism ... Then it is a MINISTRY.
If you'll do it only so long as it does not interfere with your other activities, chances are _it's a JOB
If you are committed to staying with it even if it means letting go of other things... it's a MINISTRY.
If your reward is from people... it's a JOB
If your reward is in heaven...it's a MINISTRY.
If you quit because no one thanked you or praised you... it was a JOB
If you stay with it when nobody recognized your efforts... it was a MINISTRY
If you do it for the praise of men...it's a JOB
If you do it for the praise of God... it’s a ministry
If you expect pay for everything you do... it’s a JOB
If you're a servant,... it's a MINISTRY.
If your concern is success – it’s a JOB
If your concern is faithfulness - it’s a MINISTRY
If someone had to convince you - it’s a JOB
If you LOVE your job, make it your MINISTRY
If God has called you - it’s a MINISTRY... so don't treat it like a JOB!
Churches and Businesses are filled with people doing JOBS.
Great, growing churches and great, growing businesses are filled with people involved in MINISTRY !!

Winner Unsung Heroes award 2017 Christianity within secularism
Business Edge began as a seed way back in 1989 with a business failure. Our church pastor at the time, came alongside us and offered as much support as he could, given the limitations of his business experience.
Once the worst was over, and life had regained some normality, we reflected on the fact that the spiritual support had been a real encouragement and wondered why we had not been noticed, honoured or supported while the business had been strong. Business can be a lonely place even when things are going well. These thoughts lay dormant for a decade while we got ourselves back on our feet, cared for our family, began new businesses and once again experienced those same feelings of loneliness, lack of understanding and frustrations within the church family. Others we knew felt much the same.
We began by identifying a few business people we knew who were experiencing similar issues, and (with our pastors permission), began a business focused small group. What a joy it was to meet with, pray with, laugh, cry and build relationships with, folks who dealt with similar situations every day… the bank, compliance, staff issues, sales issues, tax issues, balancing business, family, life, church etc.
After 2 years when the group had become large in size we realised we needed to extend this “budding ministry” to more than a small group and more than just one church, business people of faith all over the city were needing to be part of something that would encourage and recognize the “calling” that God had placed on their lives to be a beacon of light in the city by doing business God’s way.
