I just had the most amazing morning hanging out with Sarah MacDonald from Balance Yoga Cambridge sampling the most devine green teas and matcha ( powdered green tea prepared in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies)
Sarah will be bringing into the country a range for us all to purchase, these are the real deal nothing like I have tried before and I’m blown away by how good they really are. So if you would like to know more about the benefits of green tea or sample any give Sarah a call.

Just a typical foggy Waikato morning, putting out some mandarins for the wax eye, tauhou, silver eye it didn’t take them long and really nice to have the fire going in the workshop.
