🌿 Grapefruit (Citrus paradisi)

🌿Lavandin (Lavandula x intermedia)

🌿 Lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus)

Regenerative and strengthening to connective tissues and circulatory system - great for sports helping prevent and treat sprains, strains, tendon and ligament damage.

🌿 Palmarosa (Cymbopogon martini)
A lovely oil for easing stress, calming emotions and promoting inner peace. Palmarosa essential oil is cooling and calming, clearing heat whilst uplifting the emotions.
It helps balance sebum production and is reputed to stimulate cellular regeneration.
An excellent tonic for the digestive system, helping stimulate sluggish digestion and appetite.

How to invigorate 🌞

Diffuser: 2-10 drops
Add to spray bottle
Put a drop on a tissue and sniff as needed. Leave in the car or linen draw.
Add to bath: 2-10 drops
Add to shower: 1-2drops to facecloth or shower base
Add to oil or balm for massage: 10-20 drops 30-50ml

Two Clary Sage plants lovingly grown from seed in spring last year now 2 meters tall and ready for distilling! 🌞

Very sticky, euphoric and sweetly aromatic to harvest, I distilled 400g of flowers and leaves. Obtaining 1L Hydrosol and 2ml essential oil.
Not the most productive herb, this really makes me appreciate and understand the value of essential oils!

Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea) is a balancing oil, providing inner tranquility, positivity and strength.
🌿 It is known for its affinity with women’s reproductive complaints, providing pain relief, hormonal and emotional support.
🌿 Also great for digestive issues and inflammation.

For quality and safety I am not using any home distilled essential oils in products for sale. Just for self experimentation at this stage.
In the future I will offer some hydrosols for sale in 50 - 100ml spray bottles. 😃

Protect, renew and soothe, sore and irritated lips with organic Beeswax (NZ), org. Cocoa butter and org. Jojoba.
Hints of Manuka, Palmarosa and Lavender essential oils combine with Calendula and natural Vitamin E for extra healing and protection. 🙌

I thought I would repost to update benefits and info about this healing balm.
Also I want to apologise and thank those who have left a comment and have not had a reply from me. I received one comment on my post but have been told there were more people that commented?

Calm Balm came about as I needed an anti-inflammatory balm for my massage clinic in Wellington around 15 years ago. This is the original formula with the addition of Alpha bisabolol - A strong anti-inflammatory, anti-irritant and anti-microbial, potent anti-oxidant and source of panthenol. Derived from the Candeia tree. (Eremanthus erythropappus)

Calm Balm is easily absorbed and non greasy, designed specifically to calm and soothe inflammation, pain, and irritation.
I don't use it for full body treatments, rather for smaller areas and assisting deep tissue work, to prevent and heal bruising, pain and inflammation.

High Frequency essential oils relating to the colours Blue, Indigo and Violet and the Throat, Third Eye and Crown Chakra's.

German Chamomile - Matricaria recutita
Lavender - Lavandula angustifolia
Spike Lavender (organic) - Lavandula spica
Peppermint - Mentha piperita
Sweet Marjoram - Origanum majorana
Helichrysum - Helichrysum splendidum
Yarrow - Achillea millefolium
