This was an investment property that had no history of maintenance during its tenure. Tenants have moved in and out without any accountability, least to say, it wasnโt an easy sell.
My hunger to put a deal together moved the needle forward, managing to garner 7 private viewings and get 2 offers onto paper. After 3 days of negotiation on one of the offers we came to an agreement and it was the start due diligence.
