Tomorrow in the cafe we introduce the ‘Chickpea Korma’ pie. It is designed for the ‘vegetarian with a strong aversion to mushroom’ as per one of my lovely customers requests.

It is not currently on the online shop but happy to add if anyone wants some!

Orders received prior to 5pm this Monday 17th June will be available for deliver/pick up on Thursday 20th June.

PSSSSST We have news!!!

We have been beavering away in the background setting up an online shop so that you can order and pay for your Kapa Tucka goodies online!!!

It is VERY simple at this stage…but we will be growing it going forward. At this stage we just want to get it up and running and iron out any bugs there may be!!

It is all set ready to go. Just waiting to confirm the Payment Gateway is working properly. It has taken money for the pie I ordered…...just waiting to receive it in the Kapa Tucka Account.

Once that happens we will be ready to go live!
Orders will be able to be collected from the café. Or we will deliver in Rolleston area for free.

We can also accommodate other options by arrangement. Just ask!

PLEASE HELP IF YOU ARE IN A POSITION TO DO SO

Many of you will remember Ann-Marie and her daughter Lizzy who always ran our Food and Coffee caravan in Rolleston whenever we went away or had a day off.

Tragedy struck their family last Tuesday night when their home in Burnham caught fire. Sadly Lizzy didn’t make it and Ann-Marie and her sons were also injured.

These two have always been the first to offer help when needed and now we would like to do what we can to help Ann-Marie and her family. They have been part of our Kapa Tucka journey and so we would really like to do something to take some of the burden from Ann-Marie.

This week we will be selling our keep cups (usually sold for $12) for $5, with 100% of the proceeds going to the Give a Little page. They can be collected from our café at 116 Buchan Street or I can deliver in the Rolleston area.

We will also be taking donations at the café. Or alternatively donations can be made directly to the page…..
