We are seeking experienced Chefs who understands how to cook modern Mexican food, fast and efficient cooking to raise their profile by delivering an outstanding experience to our customers.

We are seeking energetic, positive, reliable and motivated people who would like to be apart of our team Chiwahwah.

We are looking for:

* Excellent communication
* Previous experience placing orders & stock control
* Managing staff rosters & food cost control on a weekly basis
* Monitoring the food control plan on a daily basis

* Minimum 2 years experience at CDP level in a busy kitchen (experienced chefs)
* Previous experience working in a high volume kitchen
* High level of personal and professional organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in delivery of service
* Commitment to working in a positive team environment
* Good knowledge of health and safety standards
* High level of personal hygiene
* Available to work over a 7 day roster and must be able to work weekends.
