Just letting you all know that Loki & I are back up and running! We are very happy about getting back to work🤩. I am doing my best to respond to all messages as soon as possible. Please bear with me while I catch up in between the pooches I am grooming this week. Thank you 💜🐾.

We do not send reminders. We provide appointment cards.
We do have a cancellation/reschedule policy:

To Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment:
• 48 hours given: No Charge Cancellation is within 48 hours of the appointment, the fee will be:
• 1st appointment: 50% of the groom per dog if the appointment cannot be filled.
• 2nd appointment: the full cost of the groom if the appointment cannot be filled.
• 3rd appointment: the groom will need to be pre-paid.
