Moemoeā is a research project that aims to improve the sleep and wellbeing of pēpi and their whānau. We are currently seeking whānau to test the survey for us.

Our team is aiming to create a sleep tool-kit which will help whānau with the sleep of their pēpi (baby) as well as with other aspects of whānau wellbeing. Once our toolkit is ready, it will be tested by whānau from around Aotearoa New Zealand. A massive appreciation post to everyone who has supported our kaupapa and helped us to get our numbers. We finished recruitment last week given we now have around 500 whānau who have signed up to our kaupapa.

We need whānau of all ethnicities and backgrounds with a pēpi between 2 months - 12 months of age to help us test the tools and resources we have created to help us see how and if our kaupapa improves the sleep, well-being and connectedness of pēpi and their whānau.

Sign up before the 28th of February to be in to win one of four prize packs!!! All whānau who complete the programme will receive access to the full range of tools and resources at the end of the study and will also be given a $50 voucher as a thank you for their time!

Uru Time is inspired by Uru-te-ngangana, the atua of light and provides whānau with a range of resources designed to help pēpi and whānau transition from night to day, to help settle and sleep well.
