On Saturday we did two grazing boards for a wedding in Toowoomba. It was a mission with the facilities available but we got there - wish I got an after photo because they got inhaled by the guests! 🤍 (Side note, we need a Costco in Dunedin 😂)

Tried a Butter Board tonight! Salted butter, apricot jam, feta, honeyed dried apricots, charred pine nuts, thyme and tarragon, served with soft vienna loaf. So yummy!

Kia ora koutou! Hi everyone! It's me, Anna. 👋 Just a quick post to say welcome to the page for my new wee business, Platter Puss.
You might be wondering who is behind this so I thought I’d introduce myself.
I trained in cookery a while ago then spent a long time in the hospitality industry learning all sorts of things, including how much I love a good cheeseboard. I have had a bit of time recently to figure out what I want to do with my life so I decided to combine my love of entertaining, food & platters, and here we are. 😀
If you need delicious food for an event (small or big), without the fuss of sorting it yourself I am here to help you! All you need to do is relax and impress your guests while I take the work and worry out of entertaining.
