Fibreglass repairs and more
Got a second hand canopy for your ute with the dreaded roof rack holes? I can take care of them and make them gone without just boging or filling them with silicone
New ends f**ted last bits ready to go
Well this should help sealing those gaps!
New lids f**ted and pipe rejoined good to go
Don't worry, mate! I can make that boo-boo disappear like magic, and we can all pretend it never happened, LOL.
When the refurbished areas appear more radiant than the rest, im happy to recoat , safeguarding them from the sun's harmful rays while celebrating the collaboration between two local businesses. Empowering progress, I'm grateful to my customers for making it possible.
Repaired and re-gelcoated as always
Spot the difference...it's not just about making it look good it's about doing it as if it hadn't happened
Had a new awning f**ted and have some old holes that need to be fixed....I do that and finish it off with gelcoat as if it never happened
Just because an item is not frequently used or seen does not imply that it can be hastily reattached to its hinges and considered fixed. Proper repair requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure optimal functionality.
Camping spots so good, you'll forget all about those ops moments in no time!
So after doing 1 that was standard as I had never done a lowrider inspired paint scheme before I made a custom torso and went at it and learnt a couple of things along the way which will help me with the upcoming project happy to have any feedback
Did someone ask who does truck body repairs the answer is Fibreglass and more
Who else enjoys a good puzzle?
please remember if you have a something blow apart like this to pick up the bits because it's like cheating when I have to make my own pieces of the puzzle
This one came from another local business which couldn't find any replacement ones although I would prefer to have the missing bits sometimes it's not possible and that's OK I've got you covered
Love a good try and happy to give advice if asked
Sometimes it's just better to give it to me but I do appreciate someone who gives it ago I mean when I started I'm sure I had a couple of projects that looked similar
Need somewhere to hide your valuables while on holiday I've come up with this neat little fella which would blend in and not look out of place in almost every environment
Thow back Thursday
20 something years ago while doing a furniture finishing trade at Otago Furniture I was more into cars and wanted to work with cars but wasn't in a position to at the time I spent 6.5 years with Otago furniture then left to get into panel beating just down the road at Brownlee and Scoles which I worked there for 3.5 years before we moved to Australia which is where I worked at a spray painters for 2 years before I was missing the itch so to speak I landed a job closer to home selling and repairing fibreglass which is where I really got to understand fibreglass and meet some awesome people along the way 9.5 years later we decided it was time to come back to NZ
Oh how time Flys
It was an amazing thing to be a part of!

Another repair with gelcoat finish (if thats whats on it thats what i put back on)
When it's possible I'll try save any decals/stickers as it's another cost that all adds up
The biggest thing I try to explain is when gelcoat has been repaired with using paint as the topcoat the paint will always stand out as gelcoat fades alot faster than paint which is why I always re-gelcoat if gelcoat is the finish if it's been painted then paint is the right way to finish it off and it's OK if you're not sure because I'll know
Who doesn't love a low car with bodykits?
Well you would think the roading contractors didn't but I'm here for you
When you notice star cracks in the gelcoat (outer layer colour), it's important to address them as they can indicate damage to the fibreglass beneath. The most effective way to repair this type of damage is by fixing the underlying fibreglass, ensuring a seamless and lasting repair.
Now I don't do much posting of other people's causes but I've lost both my parents from cancer and the work Jeff has done deserves to be shared I'm sure everyone knows someone who has been affected by it please take the time to have a look and donate if you can
When you are higher than you thought 2 tone gelcoat repair
When you're putting a project back together and 30+ year old plastic start breaking on you and replacement parts are 3/5 weeks away I'm lucky enough to know some tricks that have been gained over years
It's pretty cool to be apart of others memories with their toys this car has a bit of history with its owners but as an older car it had some rust alot of small dents and fibreglass needed fixed and then modify the lower lip to make it user friendly all done by the same person thanks again for trusting me with your car

Don't let a mishap ruin your vacation. Relax and I'll take care of it when you return.
