Fruit bran muffins for today's smoko - good source of fibre and uses soft apples that nobody wants. Recipe courtesy of Market Kitchen from ODT can be found in comments- I divided recipe by 3 - less to eat! Can substitute with an apple if missing ingredient.... !!
Went all out tonight with this kiwi classic, was real crowd pleaser too. Feeling grateful for a good banger!

Ive been enjoying cooking simple meals, mixing up flavours and trying not to overload. Very easy to slip into some less favourable eating habits while at home. Try reaching for water rather than the fridge next time mindless eating strikes or run around the house 5 times which lots of fun....!!

Suggest weekly menu planning and try to limit supermarket visits by utilising dry goods, frozens and canned product etc.
Also try not to eat all the cheese scones- freeze leftovers for rainy day or just half recipe!
