Hold On To Your Friends is an autonomous, student-driven organisation championing safer student culture in Ōtepoti. We're thrilled to be welcomed back by our favorites at Carousel to takeover their bar for the night ! 🪩🪩

We’re stoked to bring you some of Dunedin's top selectors to make your Thursday night unforgettable.

DJ Bax is coming in with some heat, bringing with him a treasure trove of his self-produced gems to bless us with.🤠

We also welcome back Ashar, known for his dynamic mix of techno and hardgroove. He’s sure to bring an unmatched level of energy, just like he did at our last takeover.

Mike & Luke are back on the decks for a rare back to back session. Mike Greer needs no introduction to the older crew, he is a veteran of the house scene in Dunedin and NZ having played Ink Bar and Bath St and supported the likes of the Inland Knights, Joshua Iz, Dick Johnson Phillipa and Soane. Mike plays deep and chicago/detroit inspired house music. Having spent plenty of time on the other side of the decks, Luke has an intuitive sense of the dancefloor. He seamlessly blends underground house sounds with the latest deep cuts, soulful disco-tinged grooves, always with a timeless quality and an infectious baseline aimed squarely at the dancefloor. With notable supporting roles for international legend Ian Pooley and Berlin based Phillipa. This will be a night not to be missed so get in early. *Free entry*
