To be eligible for the role, you should have:
• Experience in Barista and Hospitality
• Management work experience or equivalent qualification
• Skills to organize and manage our café and staff members
• People skills are must along with smile on face and good communication skills
• You should be looking for career not just a job in the hospitality industry
• Ready to work on variable roster including weekends depending on the bookings/functions/ seasonal requirements
