CLOSE CONTACT SERVICES DEFINED
These are services that can’t be undertaken without physical contact, or close proximity, between people (defined as 1 metre between customer and worker). This includes beauty therapists and nail salons.

AT ALL LEVELS
- Vaccination for all workers is required. Workers must have had their first dose by 3 December 2021 and both doses by 17 January 2022.
- Signage must be displayed that clients require a My Vaccine Pass.
- Workplaces must display NZ COVID tracing app QR codes and undertake record keeping for contact tracing purposes.

AT RED
If My Vaccine Passes are used:
- Your business can operate with public health requirements in place.
- Face coverings are encouraged for customers, and required for workers.
- You must sight all customers’ My Vaccine Passes, and it is strongly recommended you verify.

If My Vaccine Passes are not used:
- Your business can't operate

From Friday December 3rd new covid protection framework -the traffic light 🚦 system- comes into action in New Zealand and we are straight into orange.

Covid Protection Framework Update

Pure Beauty as a close contact business, this means that in order to stay open through the Light Levels it will be a requirement for all clients to have their My Vaccine Pass (or a Vaccine Certificate) to be able to access my services.

To get your Vaccine Pass you can visit https://mycovidrecord.health.nz and request to have the pass emailed to you.

I will be verifying all passes on entry to the clinic so please make sure you have yours ready.

As usual, if you are unwell please stay home/seek medical advice and reschedule your appointment. Only one person is permitted in the clinic with me at a time.
