Are you searching for professional development and experience in orthodontics? find more details below.
Are you searching for education in orthodontics?
A new opportunity for evidence-based orthodontic teaching is now available at the University of Otago.
Orthodontic internships at Otago consisting of short-term visits (one week or several weeks) are now being offered to nationally and internationally qualified dentists looking to develop their knowledge in orthodontics. The internship is particularly suitable for recently graduated dentists who are considering a career in orthodontics and plan to apply for a DClinDent in orthodontics, as the internship provides insight into the formal specialist training programme. Upon completion of the internship, a confirmation of attendance will be issued. The internship does not lead to a registerable qualification, which can be gained through a DClinDent.
An orthodontic internship will give you an educational experience in clinical orthodontics at the Faculty of Dentistry in Dunedin. Interns will observe orthodontic patients treated at the University of Otago, attend a series of our lectures, seminars and tutorials, and learn under the guidance of experienced and renowned academic staff.
