Exciting news: students heading to the US on exchange can now apply for a scholarship of $3,000 NZD. 🤩 Thanks to the Alumni of the University of Otago in America for their generosity!

Applications for S1 2025 exchange close on 16th Sept 2024. Head over to 'Exchange Grants/Awards' then 'Country & Region-Specific Scholarships' for more info!

The Tūrangawaewae, Pōkai Whenua exchange enables students of Māori descent to experience Indigenous communities in Canada & the US. It's also an opportunity for Indigenous international students to study at Otago and experience Māori culture in Ōtepoti.

We've been lucky to welcome Kristy, from the University of British Columbia, to Otago. She’s been sharing her Yurok and St'át'imc culture with us while exploring Aotearoa, and we love this image of her and her whānau at Aoraki! ❄️
