KAIĀRAHI – RŪNAKA ORA

This year our Rūnaka has been on a recruitment drive to find the skilled people we require to further the aspirations of the Rūnaka. We’ve done well in building up our capacity, but we do have one final vacancy for a key lead position.

We need someone with a background of working with individuals & whānau to help them build their personal capacity & resolve issues, someone who will bring their experience & leadership to develop & implement a plan for the Rūnaka Hauora Strategy – Te Puna Waiora a te Wera. This plan will align with the Whānau Ora Pou (framework).

This position is intended to be full-time but we’d like to hear from you even if you weren’t available for full-time work. A Social Work degree and experience leading a team is preferable. Being responsible for planning & reporting are requirements of the position.
