This month we are excited to partake in NZ festival of nature by creating something special and delicious. Introducing 'Alba' (from it.🇮🇹 - sunrise) - a cocktail representing the growing issue of climate change.

Being located on the beach side of St Clair, we are privileged to bear witness to beautiful sunrises & sunsets. The colour of our cocktail reflects this. We are also consciously and visually aware of the effect climate change is having on our oceans and coastal communities. The egg white float on top of our cocktail represents the sea foam and white wash of the ocean.

As always, made with love (+ gin, Aperol, lemon & maple syrup). Available until the end of month.
