Timaru successes yesterday for Mustafa passing his full licence assessment. He was converting his overseas licence and only passed his BHST a few weeks ago 🙂. Restricted passes in the bag also for Stephan, Steve, Rob and Ollie.

We still have some July Bronze Ride Forever spaces available. It’s the absolutely bargain way to get yourself trained up for only $20 and help you get a restricted licence so quickly.

Some fantastic pictures taken on our Dunedin Gold last Saturday on the Tuepeka Ferry. Looks like a lot of fun. It was a family event for the Mackies with four of them attending together, Sharon, Craig, Dylan and Blake. Justin was the only non-Mackie family member. All of them can now claim their $200 rego cash back from ACC 🙂

We are happy to arrange events specifically for groups if anyone has a few friends who ride and you would like to attend one of of our courses together.

Thomas, Storm, Andy & Nicolas from Dunedin are now with their Basic Handling skills certs and can now grab their learners licence this week.

It’s been a cold few days down south, but the Love Moto crew have been busy from Christchurch all the way down the coast running Ride Forever Courses this weekend. If you are after your restricted or full licence there is no cheaper or thorough way to get test ready.

What a throughly wet day down in Dunedin our instructor had. Amelia and Jonathan stuck with it though and now have the BHST certificates to exchange for a learners licence 🙂.

Hamish and James from Dunedin passed their restricted assessments yesterday. Wynn was hard it all weekend helping everyone with their training and testing.

What a great day we had in Oamaru on Sunday. Good weather, good company and some fantastic riding for these troopers named Kate, Joseph, Nigel, Laura, Rowan and Kay on their Ride Forever Bronze Course. Lunch was provided at The Fort Enfield as is the routine when Love Moto visits. Apart from good food, they make a good cup of tea also!

Three happy faces from Dunedin this afternoon. Jade, Matthew and Daniel all passed their BHST assessments. Well done, especially to Jade who has taken some New Rider lessons, stuck with it and has a good outcome, ready to progress through the Ride Forever training courses.

Christchurch had a great Bronze Course today. Some fantastic pictures also for William, George, Greg, Cooper, Alice and Iliana. Three of the group had never practised hill starts so that was on high priority for the day, as were turnbacks/ u-turns and emergency braking. I have it on good authority the positioning lines were looking excellent by the end of the day and we had 6 confident riders leaving the course.

Timaru was going gang busters today. 7 passes for basic handling, with three of them from
the same family! Jordy, Finn, Isaac, Penelope, Kyle and Matthew. Special shout out to Janet who turned up for a New Rider course and picked it up to fast she walked away with her certificate also two hours later! A fun day

Some Dunedin successes this week. Matthew and Andy for the basic handling tests, along with Ben and Ross who achieved their restricted licenses earlier today.

Our Silver Timaru course from Sunday. Neville, Matthew, Thomas and Brent. Fantastic sunny day for it. Everyone was introduced to the basics of The System of Motorcycle Control, including a good set up and exit from corners, braking and slow speed control techniques. One of those nice days where the sun was out and the temperature was just right, especially for the Fairlie Pie Shop lunch 🙂

Congrats to Giles for passing his restricted assessment and Matthew for passing his full licence. Both from Timaru and attended our Bronze and Silver courses recently.

Wynn ran a Dunedin Bronze course this weekend for Kyle, Andrew, Hamish, Ben, Francis & Hayden. This was followed by successful restricted licence assessments earlier today for Hayden, Francis, Andrew :-)

I was told off yesterday by someone whose friend also attended one of my BHST sessions in Oamaru a few weeks ago. He had his photo taken and has been waiting eagerly to see it published, only to be let down by me not publishing it promptly! Some people shy from photos but not this guy. Sorry Joe!

Newsflash - Welcome The Love Moto Group. Earlier today, Love Motorcycle Training purchased the well known and respected Christchurch based training companies 2DriveSafe & Mainland Riding School, previously owned and operated by Duncan Seed. As Duncan moves onto a new chapter in his life, we wish him the very best with his new endeavours.

Exciting times here at Love Motorcycle Training as we build our Christchurch expansion, taking over the reins and building upon what is already a successfull and established business with thousands of happy past and present students around the South and North Island.

A some what wet and bleak day in Timaru for our Bronze course today. Naveen, TK, Quintin, Giles & Hannah stuck with it though to their credit. 5 of them making good use of the day to prepare for their restricted assessments over the next couple of weeks. A special shout out to Quintin as he only passed his BHST last Saturday! A man on a mission for next summer.

We forgot to mention Donald and Donnie from Ashburton who passed their full licences with Love Moto last week. Two really nice rides having attended both our Bronze and Silver training the last year.
