CHERRY RIPE - choc dipped, cherry ripe ganache filling.
TROPICAL CHEESECAKE - mange coconut cheesecake filling, coconut chips, dehydrated pineapple.
PINK LEMONADE - lemon mascarpone filling, toasted raspberry meringue, raspberry sherbet.
STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE - strawberry milk custard, rolled in strawberry nesquik.
BANANA CREAM PIE - banana cream pie filling, choc dipped.
FAIRY BREAD- vanilla custard, vanilla buttercream, sprinkle shortbread crumb.
BLUEBERRY STRUDEL - custard, blueberry glaze, almond crumble.
OG PINKY - caramel ganache filling, strawb meringue.
COOKIES AND CREAM CHEESECAKE LONG BOY- choc dipped, cookies and cream cheesecake filling, Oreo crumbs.
CREAM AND JAM LONG BOY - cream and jam in a long boy donut.
VEGAN FERRERO ROCHER - filled with vegan Nutella, toasted hazelnuts.

We are looking for a full time senior chef.

You’ll need at least 2 years experience in a fast paced kitchen, to be available 5 days a week (including Saturday) and able to start at 6am.
You’ll get to be part of a fun team in a clean, highly spec’d kitchen, Sundays off, a 2 week shut down period over Xmas, did we mention the free coffee?
