Currently 1.8km of retaining has been installed in the past 5 months (1823m to be specific and counting).
The scale of this retaining is hard to comprehend from photos and we couldn’t be prouder of what our team is accomplishing on this subdivision.

Epic job; such a cool location

It's been a whirlwind of a week already with all our build projects, but we are thrilled to announce that we have broken ground on a new build in Rangatahi, Raglan! The team at Hamilton Fencing are hard at work installing the retaining walls and fencing for this stunning home, situated on an elevated section with breathtaking views across the peninsula. Our wonderful Director Carolyn has been collecting handbags as part of the handbag appeal. Carolyn is collecting donations and will be delivering them to the Cambridge drop off point on Friday 8th of March. In light of mental and physical health we have opted to close for the day to give the team a small chance at breaking up the burnout.
This gives the team a chance to do things that you run out of time for in the weekends; like doctors visits; bank visits; fishing trips; gaming without the children 😃; sleep.
Mental health has a direct effect on physical health - at Hamilton Fencing we support the ability for our team to have a chance to reset and self-reflect.

Vision Complete Pathways Limited is so excited to announce the launch of a very exciting initiative alongside the amazing Gateway and Careers team of Hamilton Boys' High School.

This project naturally evolved from a year long journey working connecting in with the school, passionate teachers and a group of boys interested in learning about different opportunities out there in our Waikato community. Vision Complete Pathways Limited connected with employers who were interested in being part of the initial launch and from here we hope to grow the scope of opportunities we can offer for more rangatahi in the future.

We look forward to sharing the journey of these boys during Term 3 2023 over the next few weeks! Keep a close eye out for their adventures in a variety of trades. We thank all our partners who have made this day possible!

Another great corner site - this is trending towards our specialty. Nice to see grass established and plants installed. Batten fencing is great for enabling some privacy without complete domination of timber paling fences.

Love a good curve; spot of grass to go down and then complete

It’s always nice to stop in after a few weeks and see the grass take hold; a nice batten fenced corner site to keep the exisiting tree and allow it room for additional growth

Its been a fantastic year and the team is more than ready to kick back for a few weeks. Hamilton Fencing will be closed until the 17th January, so will catch you after that.

A couple of big days for a few of the boys in 50m of fencing, underfence retaining, posting and fully framing a 45m2 deck ready for kwila to be laid and a nice run of installing baseboards on the house and deck. Thanks to CARTERS Building Supplies for the delivery and to our client for getting us down to this beautiful location

Over the past month we have had an increased focus on retraining…the entire company have undertaken First Aid, Advanced Chainsaw, Powertool Skills assessments and Forklift licencing. It’s been great to up-skill and remind ourselves on safe ways to operate in the workplace. Congrats to all the team for turning up each weekend and getting involved

We are on the hunt!

We are looking for a couple of new team members that are keen on making the transition into fencing.

We mainly focus on residential fencing in new subdivisions, including automatic gates and pool fencing, Hamilton Fencing love to work with our valued construction partners to achieve excellent work in an excellent timeframe.

It is a very physical environment but if you are willing to learn then we are willing to teach.

We do need a couple of items ticked off

* Full Class 1 Licence
* Ability to start work at 7am sharp and flexible to work until 6pm
* Transport to the yard everyday
* Great attitude
