Our Story
As a nurse and registered nutritionist, I understand the complimentary relationship between medicine and nutrition. With a nursing degree, post graduate qualifications and a diploma in nutritional science, I am able to combine natural approaches to health and wellness with nursing knowledge and experience to ensure my clients get the best possible outcomes.
I believe that everyone is unique and there is no “one size fits all” approach to health, thorough assessment of each client enables me to establish an individualised treatment approach for each client and support them to reach their goals.
My goal is to educate my clients to take control of their own health and understand the importance of nourishing the body and mind. Balance is the key to enjoying great health, so you won’t find fad diets and calorie counting in my clinic. Instead you will be encouraged to develop a healthy relationship with food and learn to listen to your bodies needs and fuel it accordingly.
