⚡️✨Happy New Year from us ⚡️ We hope your 2023 is next level 🙌🏼

Starting our little business as a husband & wife team in 2012, we’ve photographed over 450 amazing Weddings, in New Zealand & abroad. One season we shot a crazy 62 Weddings (in 5 months). We’ve been in many Wedding Magazines, won awards & mentored loads of other photographers. We started a Wedding Photographers Retreat, teaching & learning together as a community.

But sadly, the 2023/2024 Wedding season will be our last in Wedding Photography, as we have made the tough decision to step back from Weddings 🥲 It makes it so hard when every single couple is the absolute best. We are super excited for our final couples ahead!! We can’t wait to go out with a bang!!

Our growing kids Saturday rugby games & summers at the beach making sand castles are getting too precious to miss out on. Plus our other businesses ( ) are keeping us super busy too.

We are absolutely stoked so many of you have supported us over the last 10+ years & although we are heavy hearted making this post - it’s time to grow in a new direction 💕

They flew in from Melbourne & had the most Melbs meets Hamilton Wedding ever 🌧 Pouring with rain nearly the entire day made the perfect venue 🙌🏼 Cocktails flowing, burgers & fried chicken ✨ Emma, beyond happy we could be there for you after our Dio years together. Emma + Alistar’s Wedding is on our blog 🙌🏼✨ This was such a cool day made entirely their way - picnic before the ceremony, the most confetti you have ever seen, doughnut truck, stunning forest portraits. But best of all, they are just lovely humans celebrating with their faves.

A big hello from us! Here’s our 2022 portrait of ourselves, taken in Shan’s studio. A little more tired (cheers kids) a little less kilos than last time you saw us (thanks to working our butts off, literally haha) We still can’t quite believe that this year is 10 years we have been photographing Weddings together. Time truly flies when you are having fun (corny AF I know) But It’s been a whirlwind. From little old Hamilton, travelling to Auckland nearly every weekend, Whangarei & down to Queenstown. We honestly love taking photos of people in their fave times of their life ✨⚡️✨⚡️Can’t wait for the season ahead - starts in August! Yeow!

Kurt + Kim / KB2 ⚡️✨ What a celebration! These two were so determined to get hitched - even after their venue had to cancel on them on Monday. They arranged a new wedding in 5 days!!! P.S This is their backyard (best backup plan EVER) Absolute legends - so special to be a part of it 💕💕💕

They say “never stop dating”. So every anniversary one of us plans a surprise getaway for the other. This year we stayed in a treehouse & drank too much Champagne haha Staying up till midnight to capture these stars & us, well worth it! ✨⚡️💫✨
