After holding off pricing changes for the last few years, it's finally time.

There were huge and awesome conversations last week for my first week back for the year.

Universe certianly has a message for those out dating or those feeling lost.
The universe is asking you to "date the soul."

Whether that is dating yourself and doing some self care or finding a soul you resonate with and dating them.
Let all your preconceived expectations fall away to make space for your journey this year.

Been making a gift box this weekend for a special client. (This is not the actual one just one I made earlier)

For someone beginning on their spiritual journey this is an awesome place to start!

Inside the box are crystals to help with what is needed specific to the person receiving it, quotes to inspire and a voucher for a session in the new year to see where life is going to take them.

Have loved putting together such a thoughtful gift.

Those of you who have been to see me know this is one of the things I say often. I say it because I mean it.

"Let it unfold"

What is coming to you will come.

Love this way of looking at healing.

It is your journey no one else's.

Your soul knows what it needs to learn and universe will give you ways to learn it.

Embrace every twist and turn you never know where they may lead.

We all find our physical grounding, which I call earthing, in different ways. Be it the beach, the forrest, mountains, stillness or dance none is right or wrong just your way to find that physical feeling of being part of the earth.

Earthing is a physical practice and grounding is a spiritual practice.

It's when the physical earthing and the spiritual grounding become one and the same that is when we feel the power and the peace.

Have you noticed how your greatest epiphanies come from your everyday moments.
You will be doing something simple that you think has no spiritual relevance and the answer just drops in.
That's why living is our superpower. Doing the daily stuff we do is our spiritual practice. The way to truly find ourselves.

Was talking with one of my clients in a session, about amplifying the acupuncture they were having to suit their body. So that the work being done was done in the way her body needed it.

So awesome to get this message today!

This popped up on my memories as a timely reminder.

Ever have a moment?
You know when you hear a comment or question and start telling yourself a story about what that comment or question "REALLY " meant. The self punishing story of not being good enough or living up to a standard being set by you or someone else.

Our mind can be our best friend or our worst enemy.

It's OK to have a moment but recognise it for just that, a moment in time where your head got away from your knowing.

Over the last few weeks I've talked through with differnt clients, how not any one thing is the reason something happens.

It's about the bigger picture.

Many moments coming together to create a situation.

Every direction we turn and every path we take is the right one for that moment.

This has rung so true for the clients I've worked with this week.

Where you are is right, it may feel wrong but there's always things to learn. Take the lesson then we can change path.

I made a promise to myself a long time ago, when I first started this work as my job. To be myself, in whatever form that was in that moment.

So when I received this compliment yesterday from a client it was a recognition of that promise.

"Oh you are good! I love your style. It's like sitting down with a friend for a catch up, it's relaxed and easy."

I know coming to see someone like me can be nerve wrecking, so I'm just myself. It's all I can be.

I'll take that compliment.

Change has been such a dirty word. There are times when I have fought change and times where I have totally embraced it.

This last few years has been nothing but change for me. On a personal level so much has moved and shifted. I don't even have the words to describe the evolution of my knowing on a spiritual level. I will continue to let universe lead the way.

So with that said, the way in which I am working is evolving too.
At the moment all of my sessions are via a video call. I will be getting back to in person soon but will continue to offer a video option.

Over the next week there will be a new pricing list.
Different options on ways to connect with me, from quick fire questions via text and 20 minute power sessions via phone or video call, to help keep you on track. Packages which will be tailored to each individual client and what you need from me to either get your journey started or help guide you through.

I am very excited about working with you all to make some positive changes.

So in my world change is not such a dirty word after all.

Been quite on here for a while.

I've learnt over the last year or so that when universe has a plan for you, you don't mess with it.

The plan may not be what you thought or even imagined you would be doing but it is where your soul needs to be.

Trust the universe knows what you need even if you don't.

Oh how we beat ourselves up over what we perceive as backwards steps!

What I've learnt is some of those backwards steps bring so much to our lives. We get to look at what we thought we understood and open up to new ways of doing and being.

Let your backward step be the start of creation.
