We are a private ltd Commercial Cleaning & Facilities Management company based in Hamilton. We are 100% New Zealand owned. We operate via our own trained and experienced staff members. We provide service to commercial, educational, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse and retail clients in Greater Waikato Region. We are constantly growing and aim to provide service all over New Zealand - Australia and Globally.

Currently, we provide our service to many renowned client/companies in Hamilton like Changing Faces, Somerseth Private Schools, Quinovic Property Management, Flex Fitness, Double Bubble Laundromat, Punnet Café, Café Camarosa, Future Kids, Les Mills, Snap Fitness, Country Road, etc. We specialize in commercial cleaning and highly committed in providing excellent service to our clients. Our hard work and dedication has created a well known name for us in the market.

KM Dass & Company is founded by Soumik Mukherjee in August, 2018. He is currently the Managing Director of the company. Prior to KM Dass, Soumik had vast experience running a mid-size commercial cleaning franchise business. His had experience working with major New Zealand companies and in varied sectors like Fonterra (industrial - Office), Konica Minolta (retail), Bunnies (Childcare), Karapiro School (Education), Changing Faces (Healthcare), NZ Trucks (workshop), Lee Roofing, Torpedo7 (manufacturing), Autoway Services (workshop), Bay Audiology (Clinic), NZ Fitness, etc. in Waikato. July 2018 Soumik sold the franchise and retained his own clients and staffs. And started off his own commercial cleaning business venture. KM Dass & Co. is named after his 100 years old family business in Kolkata, India.
